📦 Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Partners

  • We ship through reliable courier services such as Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, or India Post, depending on your location.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-metro and rural areas: 5–8 business days
    Delivery times may vary due to logistics, location, or unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotions.

  • Otherwise, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

5. Tracking

  • A tracking number and link will be shared with you once your order is dispatched.

🔄 Return & Replacement Policy

We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

2. Timeframe

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Include your Order ID, clear photos of the product, and a description of the issue.

4. Return Approval

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a pickup (wherever serviceable) or request you to self-ship the item.

  • For eligible returns, we will issue a replacement or refund (as per your preference).

5. Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items due to misuse

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)

đź’¸ Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.) within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will refund via UPI or bank transfer after receiving bank/UPI details.

âť— Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • For cancellations, contact us immediately via phone or email.
